We are growing our team and seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in Employment law to jump into our vibrant practice.
🔍 Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated legal professional who is passionate about delivering top-tier legal services and strategic counsel to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and a proven ability to navigate complex legal matters with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice on individual and collective employment issues, social security, and global mobility matters.
- Draft and review employment contracts, HR policies, regulatory documentation and legal opinions.
- Represent clients before labor authorities, administrative bodies, and courts.
- Oversee multifaceted labor cases with cross-border implications.
- Provide ongoing legal support to multinational corporations and HR departments, addressing day-to-day employment law matters.
- Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with Greek and EU legislation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Law degree (LLB); postgraduate studies in Employment or Social Security.
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Member of the Bar Association.
- Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of German is considered an asset.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex cases under tight deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential.
