Key Responsibilities

• Offer solution-oriented legal advice to clients on employment, social security, and global mobility matters and navigate relevant regulatory frameworks with confidence.
• Review and prepare employment-related documentation, including contracts, workplace policies, and legal opinions.
• Represent clients before labour authorities, administrative bodies and courts.
• Provide ongoing legal support to multinational corporations and HR departments, addressing day-to-day employment law matters.
• Conduct legal research and monitor legislative developments.

Qualifications

• Law degree (LLB). Postgraduate studies in Employment or Social Security are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Member of the Bar Association.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken). Knowledge of German is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research tools and general IT literacy.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.
