Successful Pay Transparency Event Co-Hosted with PayGap at EMST

We were delighted to co-host an exclusive event on pay transparency together with PayGap at the National Museum of Contemporary Art (EMST) in Athens.

The event brought together HR, legal, compliance, and reward professionals for an insightful discussion on the forthcoming pay transparency obligations in Greece and their practical implications for employers.

Combining legal know-how with PayGap’s invaluable technical expertise and market intelligence, participants had the opportunity to explore key compliance requirements, implementation challenges, and emerging best practices as organizations prepare for a more transparent pay environment.

We were particularly honored to welcome distinguished speakers from the Labour Inspectorate and the Greek Ombudsman, whose contributions provided valuable regulatory and practical perspectives on the evolving framework.

The engaging exchange of views throughout the event highlighted that pay transparency is not merely a compliance exercise. Rather, it presents a valuable opportunity for employers to strengthen trust, promote fairness, and foster greater transparency within their organizations.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Alexander Gram, Alexandra Broumou, Maria Voutsinou, and all attendees for their participation and contribution to the success of this event.

We look forward to continuing the dialogue and supporting employers and key stakeholders as they navigate this significant legislative development.
